5 week yoga course to explore vinyasa yoga, meditation and breath work. Suitable for complete beginners and those looking to deepen their knowledge of yoga postures, transitions, meditation styles as well as energising and calming breath work. Expect classes to be inclusive, warm and informative coming from a place of deep passion and care. Yoga has brought so much joy and clarity to my life, I really love sharing this sacred practice with others.
Example class:
Arrive and ground with calming breath work.
Explore and practice warrior poses with optional hands on assists.
Enjoy a 40 minute vinyasa flow class.
End class with deep rest (hello eye pillow) followed by warm tea and chats.
Each week we will explore a new posture (asana), a new breath work technique (pranayama) and put it all together in a typical beginners vinyasa flow class. There will be time at the end to grab a cuppa and ask any questions. By the end of the course, I want you to understand that anyone can practice yoga and I want you to feel confident to book a class at a yoga studio, dive deeper with a yoga retreat or just simply practice at home when you have the time. Yoga mat + eye pillow provided for each student.
Active Breathwork Studio Practice
Sunday 27th April | 7.30pm-8.30pm

This style of breath work is an active meditation that helps you shift your state. This practice moves a lot of energy through your body and can offer huge emotional release as well as deep healing. Other benefits include improved immune system response, improved lung capacity and elasticity and improved nervous system regulation. Follow your curiosity and welcome a new experience.
